1919		Incorporation by Friedrich Losberger sen.
1923		Move to Heilbronn to our first representative headquarters
1925		Change of corporate name into ‘Factory for canvas and tarpaulins’
1928		Expansion of product range by wooden tent halls and canvas covers
1939		Tent stock for rental reaches 19,000sqm for the first time (today 300,000sqm)
1940		Development of the Losberger modular component system for wooden large tents
1944		Destruction of production and administration facilities through war
1951		Entering of Helmut Losberger into Board of Management
1953		Introduction of the world’s first 2-joint-truss-hall with ground stakes
1961		Move to new company site in Heilbronn
1970		Development of aluminium tent constructions with covers which can be pulled in through channels
1971		Introduction of electronic data processing into the company
1974		Launch of the world’s first aluminium tent construction with a modular system
1981		Entering of today’s Managing Director Friedrich Losberger
1983		Development and introduction of larger clearspans (up to 31m) for aluminium tent constructions within the existing modular component system
1984		Development and introduction of lightweight construction halls for industry, commerce and trade
1984		Development and introduction of small all purpose tents ‘multiflex’ (4-10m clearspans) with modular system
1988		Development and introduction of large ‘maxiflex’ tents (15-50m clearspans) with modular system
1988		Development and introduction of the patented Losberger system flooring for large tents
1990		Formation of our Losberger branches Frankfurt and Hanover
1991		Development and introduction of membrane roof constructions for small tents ‘multiflex’
1991		Development of the new lightweight hall generation for industry, commerce and trade
