Management acquires Losberger Cover All from Losberger De Boer

Losberger De Boer announces that it has sold its company Losberger Cover All to current management Jochen Groth and Ralf Schrenk. Losberger Cover All is located in Stralsund (Germany) and produces pre-fabricated and flexible hall solutions for agriculture, industry, equestrian sport and sport venues. The company employs approximately 60 people.

The management of Losberger Cover All will consist of the new owners Jochen Groth and Ralf Schrenk. They have been involved with the company since the acquisition by Losberger in 2016 and have made a major contribution to the development of Losberger Cover All. The company will continue on the current basis and its brand name Losberger Cover All.

Jochen Groth and Ralf Schrenk are happy with the management buyout of Losberger Cover All: "We have been strongly involved with Losberger Cover All since 2016 and when the management of Losberger De Boer discussed with us the future of the company, we quickly came up with the proposal to acquire the shares ourselves. Losberger Cover All is a good company with committed and motivated employees. We have excellent products and a strong customer base. That is why we are confident that we have a great future ahead of us".

Arnout de Hair, CEO Losberger De Boer, is convinced that the divestment of Losberger Cover All to its management is an excellent solution. "We are pleased that with Jochen and Ralf we have two very experienced managers who will take charge of an independent Losberger Cover All. The company has an excellent product range and a strong position to further develop itself as a healthy and independent company."

The divestment is part of Losberger De Boer's strategy to focus on its core businesses offering high-quality, fully integrated temporary and semi-permanent spatial solutions. Losberger Cover All has a strong focus on the production of storage halls for various purposes and therefore has a different position within the Losberger De Boer Group. The decision follows a strategic evaluation which concluded that Losberger Cover All would be better positioned as an independent company focusing on its own activities.
