Individual trade fair space solutions for bauma

Held in Munich with around 3,700 exhibitors from 63 countries, bauma is the world's leading trade fair for the construction industry and meeting place for experts from all over the world.

In a three-year cycle, the world's leading trade fair displays current trends and developments in the construction industry to half a million trade visitors.

A wide range of products for individual exhibition space solutions

The exhibitors of bauma presented their innovations on a total floor space of over 600,000 square metres. Losberger De Boer developed space concepts for trade fair stands and exhibition areas for a large number of international brands. In total, the specialist for tents and temporary space solutions covered an area of approximately 10,000 square metres. A broad mix from the product portfolio was used - among others, the Anova-Vista, the Chalet-Dome, the two-storey Delta-Emperor hall as well as the Delta-Vista, the Nexus, the Kubo and the multifunctional hall Premier were erected.

Palas - the versatile and reliable all-rounder

The Losberger De Boer Palas was an all-rounder among the trade fair and exhibition halls at bauma 2019. The mobile space solution is not only impressive because of its cubic architecture but its versatile characteristics have made it a reliable space solution for trade fairs and congresses for years. The glass wall elements, which can be used both horizontally and vertically, offer excellent opportunities to present new products and brand messages at the trade fair stand.

Transparent look and communicative atmosphere

For one of the exhibitors, two Palas constructions with a free-standing gallery were erected, which merged into a large-volume exhibition hall with a double nave connection.

In another Palas construction, a passageway was created in the basement where two additional interior walls were inserted allowing visitors a direct route to the product presentation behind the tent. A partially recessed longitudinal wall on the upper floor was used as a covered gallery, allowing guests to enjoy the entertaining programme and drink a cup of coffee at the same time and a covered grandstand was also created on the lower floor so even passing guests could take a break and see the show.

In a third Palas further features was implemented at the customer’s request, a completely glazed stair railing and a fully glazed entrance area so as not to create any limitations towards the outer presentation area. The entire exhibition hall reflected an open, communicative atmosphere.

In total, individual exhibition areas of 3,250 square metres were created at the trade fair using Palas tent constructions.
