A brand-new Padel complex for the city of Mont-Saint-Aignan

Although the sport of padel has been around since 1969, it has recently become increasingly popular. The sport, which combines elements of tennis and squash, requires specific courts. As a result of its rapid rise in popularity, there is a high demand for padel courts, especially in Europe and the Middle East. Losberger De Boer France recently delivered a stunning padel complex for the city of Mont-Saint-Aignan.

Losberger De Boer is well-known for delivering high-end tennis halls in France, with courts that comply to all the specifications from the Fédération française de tennis (FFT). In 2019, the company won the competitive tender for a new sports complex dedicated to padel in Mont-Saint-Aignan.

Stunning and eco-friendly: the Ecosport
As a specialist in the design, manufacture and turnkey installation of sports buildings and public facilities, Losberger De Boer relished the challenge. Recently, the company delivered the new complex, which features its new and innovative Ecosport building.

The Ecosport is designed to be a trendy, high-end and eco-friendly sport facility. One of its main attractive features is its glued laminated wood frame and textile roofing, which are all made in France. Other remarkable qualities include exceptional luminosity, and the fact that the entire building is made up of 100% ecological biosourced materials.

Let’s get technical
The building is 27 x 24 m, and utilizes a glued-laminated timber frame, textile membrane roofing with double reverse curvature, textile facades on upper section and wood cladding on lower section, and exterior joinery.
